Decline in COVID-19 confirmed cases likely due to insufficient testing
We recently reported (on 04-06-20) that there was a dip in the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Florida. Unfortunately, it looks like this dip was caused by a decrease in testing and is unlikely to be a decrease in the actual number of new infections.
The department of health currently purges the raw data for the tests received each day. This makes it difficult for the public to independently assess how well the governments response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
